I had an investment property that I was contemplating selling and interviewed 5 realtors, including Kristen and found her to be by far and away from the most responsive, knowledgable, patient, and optimistic about the price that I could get in a sale. As this was an investment property that was tenant-occupied we decided on a pocket listing to start. Kristen reached out to her network and found interested parties to conduct private showings. She coordinated all of the showings between my tenant, the prospective buyer and the buyer's agent. In a short time, she found a well-qualified buyer and negotiated a counteroffer that increased the final closing price meaningfully. She also arranged for the closing to take place 6 weeks out, enough time to allow the lease with my tenant to end, have them vacated, and a handover to the buyers take place.
