Every real estate decision is part of a broader journey—one shaped by where we choose to live, how we invest, and the life we envision ahead. For Kristen, that means building lasting relationships with her clients and serving as a trusted advisor as their real estate goals evolve. From first-time buyers and sellers to seasoned investors, she brings thoughtful guidance, sound judgment, and a long-term perspective to every client relationship.
With over 20 years of experience, Kristen has built her practice on strategic counsel, thoughtful communication, and a consistent record of results. Her experience spans a diverse range of residential properties, including luxury single-family homes and condominiums, multi-unit buildings, live/work lofts, and new construction developments.
Kristen's expertise is further informed by firsthand investment experience across a diverse range of markets. Her projects in Seattle, Sonoma, Palm Springs, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, have deepened her understanding of construction practices, landlord-tenant regulations, economic and market dynamics, and the factors that drive long-term value—experience that complements more than two decades of representing buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area.
A graduate from Kent State University, Kristen earned her degree in Merchandising and Visual Design before developing her business and negotiation skills as a merchant buyer for a national retailer. Her education, combined with a lifelong interest in architecture and design, gives her both the creative vision to see what a property can become and the acumen to help clients make that vision a reality.
Kristen's commitment to her real estate practice is matched by her commitment to the communities she serves. She has proudly supported organizations including the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, and Big Brothers Big Sisters, and believes meaningful community involvement is an important part of both her personal and professional life.
Outside of real estate, Kristen enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, and exploring new destinations with their rescue dog, WallyBoy. An avid golfer, snowboarder, and hot yoga enthusiast, she also enjoys playing classical piano—and hopes one day to expand her repertoire beyond Für Elise.
