Emmet “Cheddar” Tunney is a proud San Francisco native with deep roots in the city. Growing up across the Presidio, Town School for Boys, St. Ignatius College Preparatory, and the Marina District gave him a genuine appreciation for the diverse communities, rich history, and distinctive character that make San Francisco such a remarkable place to call home. He later attended the University of Oregon, where he earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Sports Business and was a captain of the men’s lacrosse team. Before launching his real estate career, he gained valuable experience in finance, commercial real estate, and data analysis through roles with Innovation Properties Group (IPG), Atlas Risk Advisory, and Atlas Capital Advisors. Outside of real estate, Cheddar embraces an active, outdoor-focused lifestyle.

Shealee applies her marketing and graphic design acumen to ensure your listing is hitting all prospective buyers. Skilled in 360-degree marketing plans with a focus on advertising, branding, website strategy, and video. She has been marketing with top agents in San Francisco for over 5 years and has successfully helped sell properties in your neighborhood.

Kateryna builds and executes multiple marketing campaigns to help expand my real estate brand. She strategizes, executes and manages a variety of ad campaigns to market new listings from beginning to end with help from public relations, operations and real estate agent teams. Kateryna develops eye-catching, sophisticated materials that attract and resonate with my buyers, sellers, and beyond.

Rodney Zarnegar has over 17 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator. After working for many years at top producing real estate brokerages, Rodney decided to branch out on his own as an independent TC and founded “The TC Solution'' to directly service only the most elite Bay Area Agents. Certified by the California Association of Realtors (CAR), his in-depth Real Estate knowledge, attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills have allowed him to manage and maintain a high volume of transactions. Rodney ensures every deal is seamless for all parties while providing critical document security to buyers, sellers, and the agents who represent them. When not at his computer, you can find Rodney walking his dog Topper or at the local pool hall.

Boomer is a 10lb Chihuahua mix who was originally from the Bayview and adopted from the SF Animal Care & Control on Jan 18th, 2019. His passions include cuddling, chasing birds at Ocean Beach, sniffing open house signs, and playing with his best friend, Ito.
