Rodney Zarnegar has over 17 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator. After working for many years at top producing real estate brokerages, Rodney decided to branch out on his own as an independent TC and founded “The TC Solution'' to directly service only the most elite Bay Area Agents. Certified by the California Association of Realtors (CAR), his in-depth Real Estate knowledge, attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills have allowed him to manage and maintain a high volume of transactions. Rodney ensures every deal is seamless for all parties while providing critical document security to buyers, sellers, and the agents who represent them. When not at his computer, you can find Rodney walking his dog Topper or at the local pool hall.
